Description

A mineral-rich drink made with Persian blue salt, lemon, and filtered water. Use as a daily sip or calming mist.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tsp Persian blue salt

1 cup filtered water (warm or room temp)

23 drops fresh lemon or lime juice

1 drop mint extract (optional)

1 tsp raw honey (optional)


Instructions

1. Stir the salt into water until fully dissolved

2. Add lemon juice and mint or honey if using

3. Let it rest for 10 minutes (for mist version)

4. Funnel into spray bottle or drink immediately

5. Chill if desired, and shake before each use

Notes

Use Persian or butterfly-pea colored salt only

Adjust citrus and mint to your personal taste

Best consumed or used within 7 days when refrigerated

Overuse may cause slight tongue tint (harmless)
