Ingredients

1 cup ice-cold water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Pour cold water into a glass filled with ice.
Step 2: Add the fresh lemon juice.
Step 3: Stir in apple cider vinegar.
Step 4: Add cinnamon and honey if using, and mix well.
