Ingredients
1 tablespoon psyllium husk
1 cup (8–10 oz) water
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
Step 1. Add water to a glass and stir in the psyllium husk quickly.
Step 2. Add lemon juice, cinnamon, or honey if using.
Step 3. Stir again and drink immediately before it thickens.
Step 4. Follow with a second glass of water.
Step 5. Take 15–30 minutes before a meal for best effect.
Notes
For a smoother texture, use warm water.
Always drink another glass of water after the psyllium drink.
Start with small amounts if new to fiber.
Do not let the mixture sit too long it thickens quickly.
